IHOP recently announced that it’s (temporarily) changing its name to IHOb (the 'b' the stands for 'burgers'). Most of the Internet made fun of this move – after all, who wants to go to IHOP to eat a burger? But, here’s why it makes a lot of sense and might end up being a really smart move!
