Yesterday I took advantage of the sunny late summer weather to go for a walk before dinner time. I hadn't done that for a while. By keeping my eyes open, I found incredible treasures on a busy bike path.

I can't believe that this is the first time I have ever been cycling with massive winds. It's a different experience!

I return to some more casual cardio after that hill day that kicked my butt!
