The weekend spent time harvesting kale in the garden.

started from throwing away the stem of kangkung remaining when making stir fry a few months ago, and I throw the stalk of kangkung behind the house turned out to be without my suspect and guess kangkung already ripe. Since then I started gardening kangkung although the result just to feed itself and some bought by the neighbors but this is the pride

because again kangkung harvest I cook saute kangkung.
its ingredients are kale, onion, garlic and shrimp paste more delicious when there is shrimp
take kangkung not too young nor too old

then clean the water spinach and put it on the net. while stir-fry seasonings such as garlic, tomato onion and kangkung input when it feels fragrant not too long because if too long in the stir-fry kangkung will wither and pleasure is reduced
