I haven't felt happy for a long time, I was coming out of a major depression and some trauma remained. I spend hours in front of the computer or hours lying in bed with no hope or energy to get up.
But today was different, I went to the gym for the first time to train. I received some friends from another state at my house and we went out to beautiful places that I spent the whole time reflecting on how beautiful the world is and that yes, we are sad about many things, but there are also many beautiful things to know and see.
We went to a place that is located on a viewpoint, a beautiful and cozy place with wonderful service, this place has total connection with nature, preserving and maintaining its natural state, in addition to the food being prepared very well. The experience was incredible.
Then, when it got dark, we went to a cocktail pub and had a drink, but as incredible as it seemed, the place specialized in drinks, but the drinks weren't good. lol. but when the burger arrived, every bite was wonderful. and that was the day. Thank you for listening or reading me hahaha

Faz muito tempo que não me sinto feliz, estava saindo de uma grande depressão e alguns traumas permaneceram. Passo horas na frente do computador ou horas deitado na cama, sem esperança ou energia para me levantar.
Mas hoje foi diferente, fui pela primeira vez à academia treinar. Recebi alguns amigos de outro estado em minha casa e saímos para lugares lindos que passei o tempo todo refletindo sobre como o mundo é lindo e que sim, estamos tristes com muitas coisas, mas também tem muitas coisas lindas para conhecer e veja.
Fomos até um local que fica em um mirante, um local lindo e aconchegante e com atendimento maravilhoso, esse local tem total conexão com a natureza, preservando e mantendo seu estado natural, além da comida ser muito bem preparada. A experiência foi incrível.
Depois, quando escureceu, fomos a um bar de coquetéis e tomamos um drink, mas por incrível que parecesse, o lugar era especializado em drinks, mas os drinks não eram bons. lol. mas quando o hambúrguer chegou, cada mordida foi maravilhosa. e esse foi o dia. Obrigado por me ouvir ou ler hahaha
