Saludos amigos de #hive y #homeedders, nuevamente me ha tocado una semana activa con las actividades de mis pequeñas en la escuela, y más este mes que a parte del amor y la amistad también se celebra carnaval.
Greetings friends of #hive and #homeedders, once again I have had an active week with the activities of my little ones at school, and more this month that besides love and friendship also celebrates carnival.
Hoy comparto con ustedes esta máscara de carnaval para decorar el salón de sexto grado. Esta máscara tiene un tamaño de 45x22cm, para la cual tuve que ingeniármelas, por el hecho de que las pinturas que utilicé eran muy aguadas, y no secaban rápido.
Today I share with you this carnival mask to decorate the sixth grade classroom. This mask has a size of 45x22cm, for which I had to work hard, due to the fact that the paints I used were very watery, and did not dry quickly.
Sin duda carnaval es una época muy colorida y fiestera, y poco a poco se van adornando los salones en la escuela, además de sus pasillos con globos de distintos colores.
Without a doubt carnival is a very colorful and festive time, and little by little the classrooms in the school are being decorated, as well as the corridors with balloons of different colors.

White sheet. Cardboard. Pencil HB. Colors. Paints. Glue Scissors.

First we make the measurements on the cardboard (on the smooth white side), to draw both the size and the base of the shape.
We drew the mask following the measurements previously made with the hb pencil.
With the scissors we carefully cut out the mask. To cut out the part of the eyes I used a smaller scissors.
I started to paint the mask on the other side, applying yellow bases. And then when it dried I started to paint it orange, so that it would hold the color better.
With white leaves we made little circles, a rhombus and the details that would be placed around the eyes. These were colored with their respective colors and then cut out and glued, in order to decorate and make the mask more eye-catching.
Espero les haya gustado esta máscara de carnaval, la cual ha sido la más grande que he realizado.
