Delicious Egg's Omelet Recipe😘

Namaste🙏 Dear Friends, today i am here with eggs omelet recipe. Everyone knows it and egg is almost all kitchen’s part. We can you use as omelet, bread omelet, Egg Bhurgi/Fry, Egg boiled, Egg curry and many more dishes.

Eggs are high in protein and nutrient rich, eggs also improving good cholesterol and also easy to make any dishes.

I also want to add this item is bachelor's favorite. When I was in collage i always kept eggs and bread for breakfast, some time we also ate bread omelet on lunch, Due to less time to make food.

Material Details for preparation...

Eggs:- Two pieces at once..(total eight Eggs)
Garlic: - Two three cloves chopped
Chopped onion: - Small one piece.
Salt: - As per taste
Coriander leaves
Mustard oil/Butter:- As per need to frying purpose.

This time I am chef, I made three types of Omelets, as per family taste..

first without onion
second with onion+ garlic but mixed on eggs batter
Third I first fried the onion & garlic over pan then I add the eggs batter.

First, I took glass and spoon and break two eggs over the glass and mixed salt as per taste, then mixed it well and now add the mustard oil over pan and after getting heat I poured egg batter over it and Fried till it became light brown.

Second, I took glass and spoon and break two eggs over the glass and mixed salt, onion & garlic, Coriander leaves, then mixed it well and now add the mustard oil over pan and after getting heat I pour egg’s batter over it and Fried till it became light brown.
