I’ve seen many things in life and also seen some people leave their environment because of how it looks like. Some environments can be very dirty that you will never love to live there no matter how beautiful it can be. Whereas, a dirty environment can never be beautiful.
So many things we do these days have a way of affecting our natural resources. When I say natural resource, I mean water, trees, air, land and so much more.
As for water, there was a case here in Nigeria sometime ago when some individuals wanted to steal the country’s fuel so they had to burst the big pipe inside the water and they contaminated the water. It was as simple as that but for a long period of time, people could not even use the water for anything because it was contaminated. That’s to show you how they destroyed that particular natural resource.
For air, a lot of people pollute the air and even land by throwing dirts all over the place and if this is done, s lot of people will have a bad breathe. The environment will be so smelly and will even affect some people’s sense of smell. There are actually people like that just like me too. Once I perceive a foul smell for days, I lost my smell sense.
Unfortunately, a lot of people know that all of these things they are doing have a way of destroying our natural resources but they don’t ever want to stop. I think so many people lack the sense that these things they do also have a negative effect on themselves. I know this problem can be solved but, how?
How do we solve this problem?
This is a problem that should be solved individually but with the help of the government. If there is a way the government can provide a general waste bin for the people, it means they are a step forward and it’s possible for people to adapt to it instead of littering the floor.
About the water, if the people of a community have a clean water, no one will ever think of taking water from the river. Clean water should be provided for the people.
This is what the masses can do but I’ve come to realize that a lot of people feel reluctant to do things but blame the government for everything.
But because we need to save our environment, the government should do it for us and even make things easier.
