Hello!

Here's an update to my previous Rescue Rabbits post:

As of today, the following rabbits have been rescued:

That's right! Lily, Bonnie, Muff, Puff, Delilahh, Natalie, Ivy, Muffin, Mia and Kayla have all been rescued! They've been adopted! They've found humans! Humans have found them! O frabjous day!

That just leaves Charlotte & Sky from last month waiting for a new home. Whoever that person will turn out to be, they will be very fortunate indeed!

Maybe it's you?

Rabbits make wonderful pets. I speak from experience. Easily trained, affectionate, low-maintenance and inclined to friendship; they don't bark, jump fences or eat wildlife. Each rabbit is an individual and as such has a personality and disposition all their own. This fact becomes obvious when you keep rabbits and see how happy they can be. Free-ranging as much as possible! To be sure, they require patience and kindness from their humans, as they are prey animals in the wild — but the joy they provide in turn is unmatched among species.

There's a whole bunch of new bunnies up for adoption since I posted in June. Take a look at the RSPCA adoption page for South Australia to see for yourself.

I'll be writing about them soon!

Perhaps you could rescue a rabbit?
