Me sumo a esta iniciativa tan interesante: ¡Pesadillas en zde!: La iniciativa que hará realidad tus pesadillas, que no había tenido la oportunidad de desarrollar pero que por fin me atreví. Me encantaría invitar a mi amiga experta en contenido paranormal y de terror, @brujita18, para que nos narre su experiencia con las pesadillas y nos dé sus impresiones acerca de los sueños y sus variadas interpretaciones.

Hello to all the Zona de Escalofríos community. I join this very interesting initiative: Pesadillas en zde!: La iniciativa que hará realidad tus pesadillas, that I had not had the opportunity to develop but that I finally dared. I would love to invite my paranormal and horror content expert friend, @brujita18, to tell us about her experience with nightmares and give us her impressions about dreams and their varied interpretations.

¿CUÁL FUE EL SUEÑO MÁS PERTURBADOR QUE TUVISTE?

Acostumbro a buscar en internet el significado de los sueños cuando alguno de éstos resulta perturbador, pero en esta ocasión quedé más confundida que antes de tratar de interpretarlo. A pocos días de morir mi madre, tuve una pesadilla inquietante, y al relatarla a varias personas allegadas, las interpretaciones fueron diferentes.

Algunos las relacionaron con algunas acciones inadecuadas de mi madre en el pasado por aquello de su carácter tan difícil, otros se refirieron a mi subconsciente porque de alguna manera siempre me preocupó que mi madre antes de morir no admitiera esos errores del pasado y se reivindicara con Dios, varios me dijeron que quizás trataba de protegerme desde el cielo de las cosas malas que nos rodean en la Tierra, pero otros más perceptivos insistieron en que ella trataba de revelarme algo desde otro plano o quería pedir perdón por no haberlo hecho antes de morir y solicitaba mi ayuda… ¡Ay Dios! La cabeza me daba vueltas en medio de tantas interpretaciones y ninguna coincidía con la otra.

Busqué apoyo en internet, y más o menos eso me aclaró las ideas pero no estaba totalmente solucionada mi confusión. En la web decía que soñar con ángeles y demonios a la vez era la lucha interna que podía tener mi espíritu y mi mente entre lo bueno y lo malo, y la forma correcta de hacer las cosas para poder estar en paz conmigo misma. Eso tenía un poco más de sentido. La pesadilla fue más o menos así:

“Mi madre desde que se agravó, pasó a dormir en la habitación de mi hija, colocamos su cama junto a la de ella, y ambas nos turnábamos para dormir allí a su lado, pero en el sueño yo me encontraba acostada en la cama de mi madre en su antigua habitación (o sea, un escenario del pasado). Dentro de la pesadilla yo estaba dormida y de repente desperté allí dentro, y percibí una sombra en el techo y al levantar la mirada vi a un demonio horrible, con alas de murciélago, patas largas y flacas con garras, y un rostro horrible. La espantosa figura saltaba de una pared a otra y se vino sobre mí como para atacarme pero de golpe desapareció y era mi mamá quien estaba sentada en la cabecera de mi cama acariciando mi frente en señal de protección. Yo le preguntaba que por qué estaba allí si se suponía que ella acababa de morir, y no me respondía nada, sólo me observaba y me acariciaba. En un instante, aparecimos en otro escenario hermoso, era un campo lleno de flores con un riachuelo cerca, y había una mesita rupestre con unos troncos como sillitas, y las dos estábamos sentadas allí conversando y tomando quizás un té o un café. De repente sus palabras fueron: “Yo seguiré aquí… voy y vengo siempre”. Y con la misma alzó el vuelo y de su espalda salieron unas inmensas alas blancas de ángel, y desapareció detrás de mí”.

Yo me incliné más hacia otra interpretación que me hicieron tiempo después, que decía que quizás ella quería comunicarme desde donde estaba que había aceptado aquellos errores y Dios le había dado el perdón, y que esos demonios feos habían salido para siempre de su alma y ahora era un ángel que me protegía desde el cielo. Creo que esa interpretación me agradó más y me hizo sentir en paz, en medio de la interpretación del bien y el mal que me proporcionó la web.

¿ALGUNA VEZ SOÑASTE ALGO QUE SE HIZO REALIDAD?

Realmente no recuerdo haber tenido ninguna revelación a través de los sueños, pero sí me ha sucedido que cuando sueño con algún detalle específico, busco la interpretación más popular, y a los pocos días suceden esas interpretaciones.

Un ejemplo fue una pesadilla que tuve con una amiga donde ella iba al dentista con un dolor de muela y al momento de abrir la boca, todos sus dientes y muelas se desprendieron solos y caían al piso. Pero caían más piezas de las que podía tener cualquier persona en su boca. La interpretación de ese tipo de sueños siempre ha sido la muerte, al menos eso es lo que desde niña he escuchado. Lo más sorprendente fue que a los dos días de mi sueño, fue el suceso de Vargas donde murieron infinidad de personas en la inundación.

¿SUFRISTE DE ALGÚN TRASTORNO DEL SUEÑO?

Sí, he sufrido de insomnio por mi problema de ansiedad. Al principio me colocaron un tratamiento para estabilizar ese problema, pero ya en la actualidad logro conciliar el sueño sin necesidad de medicamentos. Una que otra vez, despierto de madrugada y paso un par de horas despierta pero al prender la TV o ponerme a revisar el celular, me da sueño nuevamente y logro dormirme de nuevo hasta el amanecer.

¿QUÉ CREES QUE REPRESENTAN LOS SUEÑOS EN NUESTRAS VIDAS?

Muchas cosas; revelaciones de otras entidades, nuestro subconsciente que va lleno de situaciones antes de dormir y comienza a liberarse en medio del descanso, nuestros sueños y deseos que nos mantienen ansiosos y siguen reflejándose en nuestra mente a la hora de descansar, y una más interesante, nuestro espíritu que experimenta una vida diferente a la que tenemos en el plano terrenal y viaja a los sitios más sorprendentes en medio de esas horas de libertad que le proporciona el descanso de nuestro cuerpo.

¿CREES QUE SE PUEDE VIAJAR POR MEDIO DE LOS SUEÑOS?

Sí, por supuesto. De hecho ésa es una de las descripciones más fuertes que tengo de los sueños. Claro, el espíritu puede ser aventurero y llegar a sitios insospechados por la misma facultad que tiene para transportarse, y de esa manera adentrarse en espacios peligrosos con situaciones perturbadoras de las que siempre puede salir airoso pero no dejan de afectarlo en su esencia. Y es allí donde se reflejan en la mente de la materia, las famosas pesadillas.

Pienso que en sus viajes, el espíritu puede tener contacto con personas vivas y muertas, ángeles y demonios, cosas buenas y cosas malas, pero también puede disfrutar de paisajes y momentos maravillosos que alimentan su condición espiritual transmitiéndole una gran carga de energía positiva a la materia donde habita.

WHAT WAS THE MOST DISTURBING DREAM YOU HAD?

I usually search the internet for the meaning of dreams when one of them is disturbing, but this time I was more confused than before trying to interpret it. A few days after my mother died, I had a disturbing nightmare, and when I told it to several people close to me, the interpretations were different.

Some related it to some inappropriate actions of my mother in the past because of her difficult character, others referred to my subconscious because somehow I was always worried that my mother before dying would not admit those past mistakes and would vindicate herself with God, several told me that maybe she was trying to protect me from heaven from the bad things that surround us on Earth, but others more perceptive insisted that she was trying to reveal something to me from another plane or wanted to ask for forgiveness for not having done it before dying and was asking for my help? Oh God! My head was spinning in the midst of so many interpretations and none coincided with the other.

I looked for support on the internet, and more or less that cleared up my ideas but my confusion was not totally solved. On the web it said that dreaming of angels and demons at the same time was the internal struggle my spirit and mind could have between right and wrong, and the right way to do things so I could be at peace with myself. That made a little more sense. The nightmare went something like this:

"My mother since she became aggravated, she went on to sleep in my daughter's room, we placed her bed next to hers, and we both took turns sleeping there next to her, but in the dream I was lying in my mother's bed in her old room (i.e., a scenario from the past). Inside the nightmare I was asleep and suddenly I woke up in there, and I perceived a shadow on the ceiling and when I looked up I saw a horrible demon, with bat wings, long skinny legs with claws, and a horrible face. The hideous figure jumped from one wall to another and came at me as if to attack me, but suddenly it disappeared and it was my mother who was sitting on the head of my bed, stroking my forehead as a sign of protection. I asked her why she was there if she was supposed to have just died, and she didn't answer me anything, she just watched me and caressed me. In an instant, we appeared in another beautiful scene, it was a field full of flowers with a stream nearby, and there was a little rock table with some logs as chairs, and the two of us were sitting there talking and drinking maybe a tea or a coffee. Suddenly her words were: "I will continue here... I always come and go". And with the same she took flight and from her back came huge white angel wings, and disappeared behind me."

I was more inclined to another interpretation that I got some time later, which said that maybe she wanted to communicate to me from where she was that she had accepted those mistakes and God had given her forgiveness, and that those ugly demons had left her soul forever and now she was an angel protecting me from heaven. I think that interpretation pleased me the most and made me feel at peace, in the midst of the interpretation of good and evil that the web provided.

DID YOU EVER DREAM SOMETHING THAT CAME TRUE?

I don't really remember having any revelations through dreams, but it has happened to me that when I dream of some specific detail, I look for the most popular interpretation, and within a few days those interpretations happen.

An example was a nightmare I had with a friend where she went to the dentist with a toothache and when she opened her mouth, all her teeth and molars fell out by themselves and fell to the floor. But there were more teeth falling out than any person could have in their mouth. The interpretation of that kind of dream has always been death, at least that is what I have heard since I was a child. The most surprising thing was that two days after my dream, there was the Vargas event where countless people died in the flood.

DID YOU SUFFER FROM ANY SLEEP DISORDERS?

Yes, I have suffered from insomnia due to my anxiety problem. At first I was put on a treatment to stabilize that problem, but now I am able to fall asleep without medication. Once in a while, I wake up in the early morning and spend a couple of hours awake, but when I turn on the TV or check my cell phone, I get sleepy again and manage to fall asleep again until dawn.

WHAT DO YOU THINK DREAMS REPRESENT IN OUR LIVES?

Many things; revelations of other entities, our subconscious that goes full of situations before sleeping and begins to free itself in the middle of rest, our dreams and desires that keep us anxious and continue to be reflected in our mind at the time of rest, and a more interesting one, our spirit that experiences a different life than the one we have on the earthly plane and travels to the most amazing places in the middle of those hours of freedom that gives it the rest of our body.

DO YOU BELIEVE THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO TRAVEL THROUGH DREAMS?

Yes, of course. In fact that is one of the strongest descriptions I have of dreams. Of course, the spirit can be adventurous and reach unsuspected places by the same faculty it has to transport itself, and in that way enter into dangerous spaces with disturbing situations from which it can always come out of unscathed but which do not cease to affect it in its essence. And it is there where the famous nightmares are reflected in the mind of matter.

I think that in his travels, the spirit can have contact with living and dead people, angels and demons, good things and bad things, but he can also enjoy landscapes and wonderful moments that feed his spiritual condition transmitting a great charge of positive energy to the matter where he lives.
