As an adult, I can agree that sometimes it is hard to get a grip on certain situations in life which didn't bothered us when we were kids but I believe whatever we do with the time we have in our present is what consequently creates our future, you can tap around the consequences but those consequences are the result of your past decisions, as simple as that. It is also true that there are some scenarios in life where you can't control the outcome but it is also true that if you take precautions, stay vigilant, practice discipline and stay focused on important task in your life first. Then there is a high chance that you will make it out of any situation life throws at you, that is what being an adult means which is obviously hard for kids that is why we as adults call them kids.
