Was at Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay. I bought the discount tickets for $20 around National Day which allows multiple entries in 6 months. Anyway, the decorations were similar to the one I saw a couple of months ago but was glad to be there and I recorded this video. Even the Prime Minister was glad to be there when he was on vacation. 😎
