PLACEMENT OF ZINC CUT IN BEAMS AND SLABS (ENG-ESP)

Amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, espero que todos se encuentren bien y tengan una hermosa semana, para mí he tenido estos días mucho trabajo porque como le había comentado en post anteriores estamos con el trabajo de los techos de áreas exteriores, y únicamente no es solo vaciado, sino también la protección de los mismos techos, para que el salitre no lo deteriore rápido debido a su gran exposición al exterior y que está cerca de la playa.

En un post anterior le había hablado sobre el wash prime el cual es un fondo que se coloca en las láminas de losacero para que se pueda adherir de mejor forma y uniformemente el fondo cromato o el esmalte todo depende de lo que se quiera colocar, en esta oportunidad después de wash prime estamos colocando fondo cromato de zinc marino el cual protege más la superficie de la lámina de losa acero para que el salitre no la coma rápido, este fondo es superespeso, para rendirlo se le coloca thinner, pero es tan espeso así que ni colocándole thinner en cantidad se pone más líquido, la única forma de realizarlo es colocando thinner en él poco de pintura que se va a colocar e inmediatamente comenzar aplicar, ya que si esperas un momento se vuelve a poner espesa como que no le hubieran colocado nada, este fondo cromato es de un color mostaza o algo parecido, este fondo se puede conseguir de varios colores y tonalidades todo depende de la marca que se escoja porque no todas las empresas tienen colores similares pero no idénticos.

Este fondo cromato se coloca un día después de colocar el wash prime, claro esta que el wash prime se coloca en la lámina de losa acero, para vigas se puede colocar después de realizar la respectiva limpieza, pero como estamos pintando con compresor se realiza la pintura de todo de una vez, para no atrasarse más de lo que ya está atrasado, esperamos después de colocar este fondo comenzar a colocar el esmalte mate que en lo que esté listo compartiré por este medio su acabado y como se ve hoy en día, esperemos que este fondo cromato de zinc marino ayude a demorar que las láminas de losacero se oxiden rápido.
