THE WORKLIFE SAGA : HANDLING PRESSURE....

I #worklife some times can really be overwhelming hectic, tired, stressed andeverything in between, most of the time you really feel like just quiting and just letting go, taking a break off the hec. To just find a place relax and breath, but then you know why you're working, some driving force that kept you going despite the odds and harsh nature of your job.

Just this evening after working hours i was just having a chit chat conversation with a colleague of mine and while talking i realise we're alike in most terms, we share the same vision , dreams and goals about the future, we both realise we're pursuing after the same thing, in for the job, doing all we can to achieve what we both aim for while as we work, so whatever we do, we aim for the future to acquire something substantial, we 're willing to work for a peiod of time to enable us raise some money to get what we want to get.

When it comes to handling pressure at the workplace, especially in our country were you work twice or far beyond what you're being paid as salary at the end of the day, its amount to absolutely nothing, cause the very little peanut you're paid is not a guarantee cause they will definitley subcharge you for misconduct or negligence or lateness to work, something must be deducted from your earnings,

The workload is far to much compare to the earning you get, so moat times theres no sort of a motivation or incentive to work, but personally to me it's my ambition, my goals, my target, what i aim to achieve, this is totally different from our foriegn counterpart were working is much more fun and rewarding for works done is mostly done hourly and you get better working condition incentives as compensation for your time, skills and experience, hours of dedication and commitment to ensuring you deliver on your duty assigned.

Just like i was telling my colleague yesteday, my only motivation for working is to achieve my short term goals-certain things i am looking out for to acquire so i can fully set up my digital life, because i can't possibily continue with this kind of job, i have a digital skills which i just need some gadget.and equipement for it and right now i dont have the cash to buy them.

So i just have to find a strategy, a means to handle the pressure at work, most times it can really be overwhelming too much to bear, i just have to find a way to cope with the situation around it, its hard doing all odds jobs just to go bye daily, thats why i need to upgrade, i told my colleague, that in this 21 century The real money is in the space, the internet soft digital skills, content creation blogging vlogging etc that's where the real money is and not this everyday 6-5 job no off days, but if one can be able up to learn a skill that is on-demand thats tye easy way out, no pressure, flexible working plan, and enough time to attend to your personal needs
