This is @uwanderer cheerful welcoming you to another adventure in Mindanao. This time we will be heading of the iconic destination of trekking, hiking, and climbing, none other than Bukidnon province.
So stick around lets see the beauty of the hidden gem in bukidnon.
As mentioned earlier, Girls and boys, today we will be journeying to Kaanibungan Ridge. It's is one of many magnificent ridges and valleys of the Impasug ong, Bukidnon.
In order to reach Kaanibungan Ridge. We need to coordinate with the adventure and natural tour operator named Ant Farm. They are one of the safeguard and nature protector of natural environment in Impasug ong, and the Ant Farm are also the accredited natural tourism operator by the Department of Tourism region 10.
They will be guiding as through the whole journey of exploring Kaanibungan Ridge.
Addition details about Kaanibungan
Kaanibungan Ridge is found in the lower section of Kapayawan Ridge, Paminahawa Ridge, and Kibuwa Ridge. And Kaanibungan Ridge close to Gupalan Ridge.
Kaanibungan Ridge is an open trail. Expect no shades under the scorching sun during daytime. It's a 2-3 hours trek from the starting point up the camping site.
The whole hike will be filled with jaw dropping views and scene. Wasn't able to took some photo as rained showered us the whole afternoon and evening. And it was really challenging 😁.
From the campsite the nearest water source is around 30-40 minutes depending of your pacing.
We wasn't able to enjoy stargazing and night photography as the rain continue to smash our tent until dawn.
But the rewarding part is we had a clearing in the morning. And we were able to enjoy its picturesque view and scene as we traverse heading to tagoloan river.
Cooling down at the Tagoloan river is the rewarding part after slippery trek while bathing under the heat of the sun.
Overall the whole journey was fun, awe inspiring and filled with positive energy from the mother nature.
