I upgraded my camera phone recently with the Vivo X200 Ultra, which is a great flagship device that is oriented toward the camera, both for photos and video. I have been testing the camera capability with my limited technical knowledge, but I can see the quality of these images compared to my old device, which was a Samsung Galaxy series. And the fact is that, according to the camera quality from various aspects, Vivo and Oppo are more advanced than iPhone or Samsung flagships. Only for some video categories, iPhone is still the winner according to some analysts. I don't have access to an iPhone, but I have experience with that for some time, and now I am convinced that the latest Chinese brands are really moving forward with new milestones.

I have already talked about the basic details of the camera set up for my new device in my previous blogs, with the most important configuration that we generally know. Here I am going to discuss another camera section known as macro photography, which is gaining some popularity among mobile users, making it great fun for photographing tiny objects that our naked eyes are not capable of observing to such an extent, most of the time.

Unlike most of the flagship camera phones, Vivo has fewer camera lenses, and it has no dedicated macrophotography lens mounted on the camera island. But it has great capability to do high quality macro photography with its gigantic 200 megapixel telephoto lens which usually has an 85 mm focal length with around 3.74 X optical zoom. It works properly by keeping the object quite far compared to other macro lenses used in camera phones.

As the phone has optical image stabilization for all of its camera lenses, it can handle photos with amazing quality without any extra macro lenses, which is a marvel of true photo engineering. The camera handles color accuracy superbly, and details are maintained so properly in almost all the shots. Also, the natural background blur is also praiseworthy, as you can see in these photos, which can be a great kit to use in such photography without buying expensive professional lenses for common users.

Furthermore, Vivo and Zeiss have developed a 200 mm external portable lens for this 200 MP camera lens, which can be adjusted on the camera island, leading to more details and photos. Still, I have not bought that as I missed the limited number sale in the first minute and am now waiting for it to be listed in the market, as the first batch is sold out within a moment.

In terms of macro photography, Vivo has revolutionized the existing system without extra hardware, which is a great invention of theirs, as so many high-quality lenses increase the price, but multifunctionality can keep the great quality without extra cost for such an amazing photography experience.

I hope you like my discussion on my new camera device and some of the most pleasurable macro photography with my device. These photos are so beautiful, and some of them are really up to a professional grade. In other words, macro photography of such beautiful flowers is really great fun when you have a good device to capture them. If you have any queries, let me know in the comments, and I will try my best to answer them as much as I can afford.

Thanks a lot for your time and attention. I will catch up with you at the next one.

Wishing you a good day!

I took all the photos, and these are my own property.
