Night, girl and lights

I love the geometry of this streets. The night lights are so warm and peacful. I LOVE IT!
Taking quality photos at night can be a real art. I want to share with you the basics of night photography!

  1. Use a tripod, although in low-light conditions, long exposures are not enough to capture enough light, and even the slightest camera movement can ruin the shot. A tripod allows you to stabilize the camera and avoid blur.

Point 2 - Increase the windshield. Night photos often require longer exposures to collect enough light. Set the shutter speed to a few seconds or more depending on the lighting of the scene.

3rd tip -- open the aperture: A wide aperture (smaller f value, for example f/1.8 or f/2.8) allows you to collect more light and create the effect of blurring the background (bokeh).
And finally - take pictures in RAW format. It allows you to preserve more details and flexibility when editing photos after processing.
