Nun sind meine Freundin und ich fast die ganze Küste Portugals mit unserem kleinen Van von Nord nach Süd hinuntergefahren. Dabei haben wir in großen Städten und kleinen Dörfer Halt gemacht. Und haben viel Zeit an den Ufern des wunderbaren Atlantiks mit fotografieren, spazieren, geniessen oder im Café Kaffee trinkend und mit Würfeln spielend,verbracht. Nach dem unendlich langen und schönen,aber daher fast monoton wirkenden Sandstrand der französischen Westküste bot uns die Küste von Portugal viel Abwechslung. Obwohl die legendären Monsterwellen von Nazaré ausblieben, konnten sich unsere Augen an der Verschiedenheit jedes besuchten Ortes kaum satt sehen. Hohe und steile Klippen von verschiedenem Gestein wechseln sich ab mit kleineren und größeren Stränden. Auch zeigte sich hier der Atlantik rauer als im Golf von Biskaya (Frankreich und Spanien). Und Jahreszeiten und wetterbedingt bewegten wir uns eher mehr an Land als im Wasser. Aber es hat sich echt gelohnt,das kleine Land und seine Küste am westlichen Ende Europas kennenzulernen.
Die Bilder habe ich mit meiner Nikon D5600 und mit dem Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro aufgenommen und mit Snapseed bearbeitet.

Now my girlfriend and I have driven almost the entire coast of Portugal from north to south in our little van. We have stopped in big cities and small villages along the way. And we spent a lot of time on the shores of the wonderful Atlantic, taking photos, walking, enjoying ourselves or drinking coffee in a café and playing with dice. After the endlessly long and beautiful but therefore almost monotonous sandy beaches of the French west coast, the coast of Portugal offered us a lot of variety. Although the legendary monster waves of Nazaré were absent, our eyes could hardly get enough of the diversity of each place we visited. High and steep cliffs of different rock alternate with smaller and larger beaches. The Atlantic was also rougher here than in the Bay of Biscay (France and Spain). And due to the seasons and the weather, we tended to move more on land than in the water. But it was really worth it to get to know this small country and its coast at the western end of Europe.
I took the pictures with my Nikon D5600 and with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro and edited them with Snapseed.

Ahora mi novia y yo hemos recorrido casi toda la costa de Portugal de norte a sur en nuestra pequeña furgoneta. Hemos parado en grandes ciudades y en pequeños pueblos a lo largo del camino. Y pasamos mucho tiempo a orillas del maravilloso Atlántico, haciendo fotos, paseando, disfrutando o tomando un café en una cafetería y jugando a los dados. Después de las interminables y hermosas pero, por tanto, casi monótonas playas de arena de la costa occidental francesa, la costa de Portugal nos ofreció mucha variedad. Aunque las legendarias olas monstruosas de Nazaré estaban ausentes, nuestros ojos no se cansaron de ver la diversidad de cada lugar que visitamos. Altos y escarpados acantilados de diferentes rocas se alternan con playas más pequeñas y grandes. Además, el Atlántico estaba más agitado aquí que en el Golfo de Vizcaya (Francia y España). Y debido a las estaciones y al clima, tendíamos a movernos más en tierra que en el agua. Pero realmente valió la pena conocer este pequeño país y su costa en el extremo occidental de Europa.
