MyPictureDay - Dugi Otok, Dragon's eye

This summer I visited one of the most beautiful islands in Croatia. I decided to dedicate a series of the following posts to this wonderful place that has reborn my body and soul! 😊

This place is called Dragon eye.

The Dragon's eye is a natural phenomenon hidden in the heart of Dugi otok near the Bribišćica bay.
This magical work of nature was created by the erosion of the limestone of the rock in which it is located, and in addition, the entire bay Brbišćica is interesting because of its geomorphological diversity full of fossils and traces of distant history.
