Let's do another photowalk. I was thinking to include this with the pinmapple crowd, but the walk didn't center on any one place, so I don't think that would work. Then I thought Liketu, which I haven't tried in awhile, but no... they have a ten photo max, and this post has more than that. So Photography Lovers it is!

Unlike America where I see dog poop everywhere, in Japan I rarely see it, despite tons of dogs. Guess these signs work!

This guy has been parking here for the past 20 years with I swear the same car.

Life finds a way.

Many houses have stairs to the roof like this. It's a convenient place to hang laundry to dry

Train tracks. I have no idea how these weight looking things work, but I'm always interested in them

Lots of wires

Yep, lots of wires... look at all those wires!

Over the crossing. The train comes every 5-10 minutes, but it only takes about 15-30 seconds to cross, so it's never a long wait for drivers. Even so, this is a busy area and a narrow road, so it can back way up at times.

Beer vending machines used to be a lot more common. They have been slowly disappearing for years, but you can still find them here and there. The beer vending machine is the one on the left (with this kanji → 酒)

That cafe, Cafe Gusto, is a pretty good cheap place. I stop there sometimes to work and have a small snack.

At the far left is an Indian place that I go to sometimes. They have good curry and naan. I haven't been to any of the others.

This place must not be a good location because it seems to house a new business every year. At least they leave the building up instead of knocking it down, which isn't the common way. It is a somewhat attractive building.

Sometimes playing with the focus at night gives you some fun images, like this and the next.

I always think of the eyes of TJ Eckleburg from The Great Gatsby when I see this sign for the glasses shop.

This was all a fairly small area. I know that parked truck and that beer vending machine are about 2km apart from each other. I just walked the distance, weaving in and out of streets where it looked interesting.

Nothing amazing about any of these photos, but I thought you guys might enjoy the look at a foreign place. I don't think I got any surprise amazing photos from this trip, but the walk was fun and hopefully somewhat good exercise, so it was all good.
