One of the amazing places in Kazakhstan is a canyon on the edge of the Ustyurt plateau. Once upon a time there was a real ocean here, hence the quirkiness of rocks and other stones. There are remains of ancient fossils. The place is very beautiful, and there is a small plus that you can find shade in the canyon in extreme heat
