Bakal city, Chelyabinsk region. City of miners. It was once a major center for the extraction of natural resources. After perestroika everything fell into disrepair. Part of the mining industry has survived and is operating. Some have already been abandoned. Part of the city looks very sad, the houses that have been resettled are dilapidated. Some of the buildings are in good condition. The huge Palace of Culture of the Miners reminds of its former greatness.
