El pasado 21 de abril cumplí cuatro años desde que abrí una cuenta para convertirme en Creadora de Contenido en una red social blockchain, en ese preciso momento no sabía bien de qué se trataba todo esto, solo entendía que existía la posibilidad de generar ingresos extra gracias a lo que más amo hacer que es cantar, por eso me animé a pesar del miedo e incertidumbre que sentía y me aventuré a entrar en este mundo. Ahora que miro en retrospectiva sé que esta ha sido una de las mejores decisiones que he tomado, he crecido como persona y como profesional y ahora crear tiene mayor sentido para mí.
Last April 21st was my fourth anniversary since I opened an account to become a Content Creator in a blockchain social network, at that precise moment I didn't really know what this was all about, I only understood that there was the possibility of generating extra income thanks to what I love doing the most which is singing, that's why I took the courage despite the fear and uncertainty I felt and I ventured into this world. Now that I look back I know that this has been one of the best decisions I have made, I have grown as a person and as a professional and now creating makes more sense to me.
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunos tips o consejos que considero que pueden ser de utilidad para aquellos artistas que comparten música en Hive, enfocándome principalmente en el formato de la publicación y video, sin ahondar mucho en aspectos de técnica vocal, pues pienso que como artistas ya debemos tener en claro que lo más importante al momento de cantar o tocar algún instrumento siempre debe ser nuestra afinación, dominio de la rítmica del tema y la buena expresión corporal puesta en escena, todo esto con el fin de lograr conectar con quienes tienen la bondad de escucharnos.
Today I want to share with you some tips or advice that I think can be useful for those artists who share music on Hive, focusing mainly on the format of the publication and video, without delving too much into aspects of vocal technique, because I think that as artists we should already be clear that the most important thing when singing or playing an instrument should always be our intonation, mastery of the rhythm of the song and good body expression staged, all this in order to connect with those who have the goodness to listen to us.

Aprende la letra de la canción
Este consejo va directo para los cantantes, pues algo sumamente importante para poder transmitir sensaciones mientras cantamos es entender de qué trata la canción que vamos a interpretar. Conociendo la letra de la canción podremos enfocarnos en darle sentido a lo que cantamos y en caso de que nos cueste aprender la canción y ya estamos apurados por el tiempo siempre podremos usar alguna pantalla (que no se visualice en nuestro video), de modo tal que nos sirva de apoyo más no de muleta. Una vez que aprendemos la letra de la canción, la libertad interpretativa puede desarrollarse.
Learn the lyrics of the song. This advice goes directly to the singers because something extremely important to be able to transmit sensations while we sing is to understand what the song we are going to interpret is about. Knowing the lyrics of the song we can focus on making sense of what we sing and in case we have trouble learning the song and we are already pressed for time we can always use a screen (not displayed in our video), so that it serves as a support but not as a crutch. Once we learn the lyrics of the song, interpretative freedom can develop.

Recuerda dar crédito al cantante y al autor del tema que muchas veces no son la misma persona, haz lo propio con el autor de la pista que hayas usado, colocando un link al sitio web de dónde has tomado la pista para tu cover.
Give credit to the original singer, songwriter, and author of the track. Remember to give credit to the singer and the songwriter who often are not the same person, do the same with the author of the track you have used, placing a link to the website from where you have taken the track for your cover.
Cuida tu redacción, ortografía, acentuación y Markdown
Seguramente has llegado a pensar que lo más fundamental debe ser tu talento, pero sucede que cuando alguien revisa tu publicación también va a leer tus palabras ( o al menos así debería ser) y por eso debes cuidar todos los detalles posibles. Existen herramientas gratuitas en las cuales apoyarte para esta revisión Languagetool, entre otras.
Take care of your writing, spelling, accentuation, and Markdown. Surely you have come to think that the most important thing should be your talent, but it happens that when someone reviews your publication they are also going to read your words (or at least they should) and that is why you should take care of all the possible details. Cuenta una historia además de cantar o tocar un instrumento
A fin de cuentas este es nuestro blog, así que tiene sentido que esté lleno de palabras con significado. Por ejemplo, podemos compartir lo que representa esa canción para nosotros como artistas, de esta forma estaremos sumergiendo al oyente en una vivencia personal antes de que nos escuche. Más allá de copiar la letra de la canción y colocar un sencillo saludo en nuestro blog, podemos aprovechar la ocasión para compartir mucho más sobre quiénes somos al hablar sobre la canción.

I know that many times you will be afraid to share your content in another language simply because you are not fluent in that language, however, this is not an excuse not to make a good translation, if our text is correctly written in Spanish you will generally get an acceptable translation.
Copiar y pegar texto de otras páginas web no es bien visto
En ocasiones quizá sientas la necesidad de hablar sobre el artista original de la canción que presentas, a tal punto de copiar y pegar su biografía en tu publicación, te recomiendo no hacerlo. Usa tus propias palabras para expresarte sobre ese artista y la canción que vas a compartir. Al ser originales le apostamos a crear con nuestras palabras, si alguien necesita conocer más sobre un artista o canción puede hacer una sencilla búsqueda en un navegador web.
Copying and pasting text from other websites is frowned upon. Sometimes you may feel the need to talk about the original artist of the song you are featuring, to the point of copying and pasting their bio into your post, but I recommend you don't do that. Use your own words to express yourself about that artist and the song you are going to share. By being original we bet on creating with our words, if someone needs to know more about an artist or song they can do a simple search in a web browser.
Utiliza tus fotos, no las del cantante o músico original.
Las fotos del cantante o músico original seguramente tendrán derecho de autor y como te comenté en el punto anterior, si alguien necesita información extra sobre un artista, por ejemplo si quiere saber cómo luce, fácilmente puede hacer la búsqueda en un explorador web. Aprovecha tu publicación para promocionar tus fotos, compartir imágenes de tu video o alguna otra imagen que sientas que puede complementar positivamente tu publicación.
Use your photos, not another artist's.The artist's photos will surely be copyrighted and as I mentioned in the previous point, if someone needs extra information about an artist, for example if they want to know what they look like, they can easily do a search in a web browser. Take advantage of your publication to promote your photos, share images of your video or any other image that you feel can positively complement your publication.

A través del apoyo a otros creadores de la plataforma logramos generar interacciones preciosas en la blockchain, amistades que llegan incluso a traspasar la línea virtual perdurando en el tiempo. Siendo eslabones de una misma cadena no hay nada más genial que escuchar, ver, leer a otros talentos, comentar sus publicaciones, animarles a seguir adelante, también compartir un consejo que nos haya sido de utilidad será muy bueno para verles crecer y así, en armonía, seguir juntos en este viaje.
