Hello and welcome. In this post, I share my Actifit stats, along with a few pictures and activities from Friday. I'm happy to be back with my first Actifit post since Monday. I caught some bug on Tuesday and it just started with a little head cold, but Wednesday and Thursday it hit hard and I was out and couldn't do much but rest.

Luckily,I started feeling a bit better on Friday. I got out of bed and did a deep clean of the place, which was a surprising amount of activity, and I ended hitting my step and exercise goals. When I've been sick or injured over this past year, posting these reports has been good motivation for getting up and moving again. Thank you.
