Hello and welcome. in this post, I share my Actifit Report Card, Hive plan for the week, and a few pictures I took on Monday.
Recently, I've started snapping a few pics with my phone while waiting at red lights at intersections. The above was taken in the morning, at a busy intersection, with people hurrying to get where they need to go.
Most of my activity on Monday consisted of housework, moving around the office, and normal daily activity. I've reached the minimum of 5,000 Activity and posted for 7 days in a row which is great. I'm still working on consistency in hitting my gaol of 10k/steps per day and exercise.

I made about 345 AFIT on my last report, but I spent almost 500 AFIT today on activating a number of gadgets and exchanging 200 AFIT to Upvote.
The Alive Chat topic for Mondays is "Plan Out Your New Week - And Follow Your Plan To Success." I try to do this every week. This week, my plan is simple. Post my Acitift report every day, and participate in the daily Alive Chat topics.
A busy week with a lot going on, i'll be happy to get in my 10,000 steps proof of activity reports.
