During my treadmill workout - and of course, earning multiple crypto tokens, I downloaded a favorite book from my youth "Asimov on Numbers" and had my computer "read aloud" the .pdf file.
Rereading a book is like rewatching a movie; you always find neat things you had missed the first time around.
In this case, I learned "how's" and "why's" of many ancient numbering systems and how politics and religions either deified or demonized certain numbers (e.g., 666).
Asimov was both a genius and a great storyteller.
I'll probably be "reading" more books during my workouts...
