Dnešní odpočinkový den po náročném pracovním týdnu jsem pojal trochu aktivně :-). Zvu vás na malý výlet na kopec Libín nad městem Prachatice v jižních Čechách.
I took today's rest day after a hard working week a little active :-). I invite you on a small trip to a hill called Libín above the town of Prachatice in southern Bohemia.
There are two attractions on the hill. Lookout tower and rope park. I will introduce you to both attractions a bit.
Lookout tower.
It was built in 1883. It is 28 meters high. 138 steps lead to its top. As can be read from the information board, Prince Jan Adolf II of Schwarzenberg also contributed to the construction of the lookout tower by donating 100q of lime.

Rope park
is located in the forest south of the lookout tower. Obstacles are situated in the crowns of mature spruces. If you are afraid of heights, it will be nothing for you. The lowest point is 1.5 m above the ground and the highest about 15 m above the ground.
The obstacles that Sue and I faced today required 1,500 steps. Converted to meters, it is based on a 600-meter-long track on ropes and other obstacles in the treetops.
A pleasant slightly adrenaline-fueled experience :-).

Na kopci jsou dvě atrakce. Rozhledna a lanový park. Obě atrakce vám trochu představím.
Rozhledna.
Postavena byla v roce 1883. Je vysoká 28 metrů. Na její vrchol vede 138 schodů. Jak se lze dočíst z informační tabule, na stavbu rozhledny přispěl i kníže Jan Adolf II ze Schwarzenbergu darováním 100q vápna.

Lanový park

se nachází v lese jižně od rozhledny. Překážky jsou situovány do korun vzrostlých smrků. Pokud máte strach z výšek, nebude to nic pro vás. Nejnižší místo je 1.5 m nad zemí a nejvyšší asi 15 m nad zemí.
Překážky, které jsem dnes společně se Sue absolvoval, si vyžádali 1500 kroků. Přepočteno na metry to vychází asi na 600 metrů dlouhou trať po lanech a jiných překážkách v korunách stromů.
Příjemný lehce adrenalinový zážitek :-).
