December 16 2022 - Day 15 rehab

So if you read my Day 0 post you will know I am trying to recover my body.

When I started these series of posts, I was struggling to walk far as I had really bad balance. My eyesight was alone very poor so it was difficult to see the pavement.

In just over 2 weeks, I am in much better place. Thank god.

As such, today I ventured out alone on the snowy icy footpaths. It was a real test of my balance but I felt confident. So happy with the progress that I have made in the last few days.

My eyesight is not quite back to normal but I feel more confident seeing to cross the road. The weird buzzing of my nerves has nearly gone too.

Here is a photo of the duck pond that I saw often walk by, covered with ice and snow.

I decided to create a table for each day's progress because it will help me to see my progression as I recover.
