Hello and welcome to today's #actifit activity report¹
Today I went for an early morning jog. The goal was to practice mindfulness and meditation while jogging and hopefully reach the safety road on the outskirts of my hometown of Holon.
I managed to reach the safety road, it is marked by the arrow on the map. This road runs through sand dunes on the outskirts of the town. It has a dedicated cycling path and it is great for jogging. This road was constructed as a safety path between two cities, my city of Holon and the nearby Rishon Lezion.
For me, it is an excellent road for jogging that offers a good distance with nice nature views. I am looking forward to exploring it.
This is a Chinaberry tree that is growing near the safety road. It is in full bloom and it caught my eye because of the interestingly looking flowers.
The flower look like they have mouth full of teeth. It reminds me of the sandworm from Star Wars and Dune.
On my way back I encountered a group of roosters, only roosters without hens or chicks. A weird sight in the middle of the city.
As I continued to jog back home I met yet another group of roosters.
I was lucky to take a photo of the rooster mid crow.
