Pull ups day today. Goal is 40 plus pull ups in one session, and we all know based on my previous posts that I can't do them all in one go so I'm making them into reps of three from a number of sets.
Heavy weights better in small reps but more sets. It all adds up in the end.
Anyway, I did 48 in total.
Yay.
