Guten Abend :)
die meisten meiner Schritte stammen von meinem Arbeitsweg. Zu Hause habe ich mich tatsächlich heute kaum noch bewegt. Morgen ist wieder das Studio dran mit Brust :)
Ich nutze mal den Post um mich über das Wetter zu beschweren. Kann mir einer erklären wieso wir gefühlt April Wetter haben? 3 Mal starker Regen gefolgt von Sonnenschein. Habe heute meinen Heimweg tatsächlich danach getimed, was der Regenradar so angezeigt hat. Für morgen habe ich schon auf dem Handy die Benachrichtigung bekommen, dass es stürmen soll... Kann man einfach mal Sommer haben? :(

Most of my steps come from my commute to work. In fact, I hardly moved at home today. Tomorrow it's back to the gym with chest :)
I'll use this post to complain about the weather. Can anyone explain to me why it feels like April? 3 times heavy rain followed by sunshine. I actually timed my way home today according to what the rain radar showed. I've already received a notification on my cell phone that it's supposed to storm tomorrow... Can you just have summer? :(
Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?
Auf der Arbeit gab es heute grobe Bratwurst mit Kartoffelpüree. Abends habe ich mir noch Vollkornnudeln mit Ei gemacht. Bis zu meiner nächsten Dienstreise müssen die Weg, ich hab ein 18 Pack geholt gehabt. :D
Ich habe mir zu dem noch einen Eiweißshake gemacht :)
What about the calories?
At work today I had coarse sausage with mashed potatoes. In the evening I made myself some wholemeal pasta with egg. They have to last until my next business trip, I got an 18 pack. :D
I also made myself a protein shake :)
