Este es el corral donde todas las mañanas se levantan los caporales para hacer el ordeño, aquí está mi hijo viendo como ordeñan el rebaño de recién nacidos.
This is the corral where the caporales get up every morning to do the milking, here is my son watching how they milk the herd of newborns.
Tras el ordeño, las vacas son liberadas en el campo para que pasten y a eso de las 5 o 6 de la tarde son devueltas al corral para ser ordeñadas de nuevo.
After milking, the cows are released into the field to graze and at about 5 or 6 p.m. they are returned to the corral to be milked again.
Mis hijos se divierten con los terneros, aprovechando que sus madres están llenando sus ubres de leche, para poder alimentarlos de nuevo por la tarde.
