Today I am going to make Carrot Juice. You know its winter season in Bangladesh, So carrot is available hare. So I make my mind to make carrot juice. Everyone know that root vegetable is very healthy for health. its full of nutrition and all kinds of vitamin . So I choose this for this week.
Benefits
Carrot juice is full of carotene, fiber, vitamin K1, potassium, and antioxidants. Many scientist said that carrot have anti-cancer potential. Its also have vitamin B group and also much potassium and others which is very healthy for human body. Some doctor recommended carrot juice daily in a day. Its have anty-diabetic. this carrot is a alternative of sugar for diabetic patient. Finally we can say its one of the most healthy juice for human.
Some ingredient
- Carrot 3 pieces
- Sugar 2 table spoon
- Water (depends on you)
- Lemon juice 1 table spoon
Steps
At first take fresh carrot. I choose small size because its much sweet. Wash and cut is small pieces. I cut this carrot small pieces because its easy to blend
Now take a lemon and cut its in small pieces. I use only one pieces
Now take the all carrot in a blender jar. And blend is properly.
Use sugar in blender jar, blend again
Finally add lemon juice I am using my hand to grub this and blend all items properly*
Now I am taking a glass use lemon pieces and grub its glass surface area. Use sugar to make crystal as like lemon mojito. I don’t know actually what its called. But its make a extra test in this juice.
Now time to filter this because carrot has fiber to its not blend properly. So I am using a strainer to filter this juice and take its in the glass. So our juice is almost ready
I am taking a slice of lemon and some pieces of round shape carrot and use it for decorate the glass of juice. Now our juice is ready to drink.
Its test much good sweet and lemon flavor make the juice testier. As the crystal shape sugar give advantage of the juice and more testy . I don’t know what you think about the juice. but when you test this I am sure you like its.
Well I am not a professional juice maker. I am trying my best to make juice better. I am always thinking to make juice is creative way and try to find more recipe.
