Good morning dear community, today we are going to prepare an Alffogato 😱, it is a dessert of Italian origin made with espresso coffee with vanilla ice cream, today it has some variations but respecting its two base ingredients, as I mentioned, the ingredients are easy to get, you don't have to bring anything from Italy 😆, you can serve it in ice cream flakes or a normal glass, always accompanied by a spoon

We are going to decorate the ice cream flake, add the chocolate syrup around the glass on the inside.
We add two scoops of ice cream to the flake, you can do it with a spoon or another element because it loses its shape when pouring the coffee.
We are going to place the chantilly cream, you can make it or buy it prepared, in this case I bought it because I have left for other desserts.
Now we add the espresso, it is generally hot but there are people who add it at room temperature to slow the ice cream from melting..
To finish, we add caramel syrup as a topping to give it the presentation that this spectacular dessert deserves.
