Avocado milk shake

Avocado is rich in different nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin E, Vitamin B6. It is also a source of natural fats and fibers that is very good for our health.

Avocado can be eaten raw when it is ripe, you can also just add some sugar and avocado is really good to eat. But making it into a smoothie is more delicious and enticing to everyone. For sure kids and adults will love the avocado milk shake.

Thanks to my friend who gave us (me and my other friend) these avocados and we divide it. I, and even my son loves avocado so much.

It is also my pleasure to share my amazing drinks if I can make one. For today's blog, I want to share with you a delicious Avocado milk shake.


INGREDIENTS


Avocado (four pieces)
Condensed milk (approximately 195grams)
Brown sugar (one tablespoon)
Water (four glasses)


PROCEDURE


Step 1. Prepare the avocado by slicing it into two.

Step 2. Remove the avocados mesocarp or the edible part of the avocado fruit.

Here are the edible part of the avocado. We can directly eat them alone because it is also delicious and sweet in nature. But this time, I will make a shake out of it.

Step 3. Put it into the blender and add the condensed milk.

This looks so delicious. It is tempting me to eat it, lol.

My other self said, don't eat it, you need to blend it, lol.

I slowly blend it but it needs additional water.

Step 4. Add four glasses of water or depending on your own preference with it in comes to it's smoothness.

Step 5. Add one tablespoon of brown sugar or depending the sweetness you like.

Step 6. Blend it and it is ready to serve.

You can add cold water or blend an ice along with it or you can simply put ice on it if you want a cold avocado milk shake. But in our case, we don't have refrigerator and we are so excited to drink it that we can't wait to add ice and let it cool, so we directly drink it.

Put the avocado milk shake on the glass and you can enjoy this healthy, delicious and refreshing drink.

My son loves it too. He loves eating the avocado alone, how much more with this, blended and added with condensed milk.
