En estas fechas en mi ciudad ya es época de las lluvias y que más rico que tomar una rica cocoa caliente, en familia calentito, creo que es una de los momentos más bonitos que pueden haber.. sin más que decir ¡manos a la cocina!

At this time of the year in my city it is already the rainy season and what could be better than having a delicious hot cocoa, with my family warm, I think it is one of the most beautiful moments that can be... without more to say, let's get to the kitchen!
30gramos de cacao en polvo.
1 taza de leche en polvo.
6 cucharadas de fecula de maíz.
1 taza de azúcar
Media cucharadita de sal
1 litro de agua.
30 grams of cocoa powder.
1 cup of powdered milk.
6 spoonfuls of corn starch.
1 cup of sugar
Half teaspoon of salt
1 liter of water.
Para empezar tomamos una olla y vertemos medio litro de agua,el cacao, dejamos cocinar durante 8 minutos a fuego medio,cuando esté hirviendo lo retiramos de la olla y lo colamos.
To start we take a pot and pour half a liter of water, the cocoa, let it cook for 8 minutes over medium heat, when it is boiling we remove it from the pot and strain it.
Volvemos a colocar otra vez al fuego la olla. En una taza con agua agregamos 6 cucharadas fecula de maíz mezclamos todo y vertemos al cacao.(Todo esto a fuego bajo y siempre moviendo para que no se pegue)
We return to place again to the fire the pot. In a cup with water we add 6 spoonfuls of corn starch, mix everything and pour to the cocoa (all this to low fire and always moving so that it does not stick).
Ahora tomamos una taza y agregamos la leche mezclamos y echamos al cacao, agregamos la media cucharada de sal y la taza de azúcar.
Now we take a cup and add the milk, mix and pour in the cocoa, add the half teaspoon of salt and the cup of sugar.
Muy bien queridos amigos hecho todo esto solo nos queda servir en una taza y acompañar con pan o con lo que usted más le guste. De verdad espero lo puedan hacer en casa en esos días lluviosos para que disfruten al lado de sus seres queridos
