Hello there😊
It's Funshee once again with her little adventure of beading alphabets. Why don't you grab popcorn and come along to today's exciting episode 😊
You know there are people in this blockchain that, when you meet with them for the very first time, make your soul move; they are just so awesome and special. That is how I felt when I crossed paths with @humbe, a Hiver who says She would love to see a blue-beaded H.
Luckily for me, I have just a nice blue color in seed beads, but I will be using white pearl beads in my tutorial because it's much easier to photograph.
Remember, when you tell me your favorite letter, I will give you a shout-out once I bead it.
Beading these alphabets for my two-year-old son has been so amazing, as it's brought us closer in such a way I could never have imagined. Every time I bead a new alphabet, it's like I just got him a new toy, the way he is very excited about it. Our day is now more fun as we get something interesting and common to talk and sing about.😊 If you missed the previous alphabets you can simply get them here, here, here, here, here and here.
Okay, let's get started on beading this beautiful "H."
Materials we needed
✓White pearl beads and Blue seed beads
✓ 0.5 and 0.35 fishline and
✓Scissors
Step-by-step process
Step 1
We want to make six rings of beads. Firstly, we cut a 5 cm fishline and put four beads in it, then crossed both lines with the fourth bead.
Step 2
We put one bead to the left fishline and one bead to the right fishline and crossed both lines with one bead.
Step 3
We repeat step 2 above until we have our seven rings of beads.
Step 4
We simply tied the knots, passed the fishlines around the beads to reinforce the work, and trimmed off the excess fishlines.
Step 5
We simply repeat steps 1 to 4 above to make another seven rings of beads.
Step 6
We make two more seven rings of beads to get four different lines of seven rings of beads.
Step 7
We picked two lines of the seven rings above and joined them together by cutting a little fishline, inserting it into the fourth bead on one of the seven rings, putting one bead to the left fishline and one bead to the right fishline, and then crossing both lines with one bead.
Step 8
We put one bead to the left fishline and one bead to the right fishline and then crossed both lines with the fourth bead of another seven rings of beads.
Step 9
Here we tied the knots past the fishlines to reinforce the work; this gave us our half part of the letter "H."
Step 10
We simply repeat steps 1 to 9 to have our other half part of the letter H, bring the two halves together, and join them by cutting a new fishline and passing one bead until it is closed.
And here we are at the end of our beaded alphabet H.
Made with love❣️
I hope you love it; which one is your favorite, the big white H or the small blue one?
Thank you so much for being part of this; until next time bye, bye.
