For my birthday, my son treated us to yet another surprise (one of many during this trip, and apparently not the last), by gifting us a fine dining experience at the restaurant "Hommage."
This small 20-seat establishment, nestled in Asakusa, captivates with its elegant and calming setting. The intimate, subtly modern ambiance creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and culinary discovery. Accompanied by my wife and eldest son, we enjoyed a unique moment, savoring beautifully orchestrated dishes that harmoniously blend Japanese flavors with French culinary techniques.
An exceptional spot that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo.
After this delightful meal, a digestive stroll was in order. We ended this wonderful evening by visiting the Tokyo Skytree, providing a perfect conclusion to an unforgettable day.

Pour mon anniversaire, mon fils nous a réservé une nouvelle surprise (l'une des nombreuses de ce voyage, et apparemment ce n'est pas la dernière), en nous offrant un dîner gastronomique au restaurant "Hommage".
Ce petit établissement de 20 couverts, niché à Asakusa, séduit par son cadre élégant et apaisant. L'ambiance intime, subtilement moderne, y crée une atmosphère propice à la détente et à la découverte culinaire. Accompagné de mon épouse et de mon fils aîné, nous avons savouré un moment unique autour de plats magnifiquement orchestrés, alliant harmonieusement les saveurs japonaises aux techniques culinaires françaises.
Un lieu d'exception que je recommande vivement à ceux qui auront la chance de visiter Tokyo.
Après ce délicieux repas, une promenade digestive s'imposait. Nous avons donc terminé cette belle soirée du côté de la Tokyo Skytree, offrant une fin parfaite à cette journée inoubliable.
