Hello everyone!
I would like to apologize if it took almost two weeks for me to post this transparency report. I have been so lethargic since I got back from Mt. Madjaas. I wasn't able to reach the summit of the mountain because I got so sick. I was thinking that I would still want to spend my 30th birthday with the Amancion kids in Cebu Safari, so the summit of Mt. Madjaas can wait for another attempt.
I started this fundraising activity on the first week of August without expecting that the goal of 1000 HBD would be achieved. Since this was also for my birthday, I committed that I would shoulder all the cost even if the target amount was not reached. Now this is a testament that you trust me with this activity. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart! I turned a year older with a lot of gratitude to extend. From the comments to the upvotes to the amounts sent, you all have been very supportive in this undertaking. As I've said in the fundraising posts, this appeared to be very self-serving because I'm asking you to help me achieve my lifelong dream. You never failed me, and I will forever be grateful for that. Now, let's look at the attainment of the target amount.
Let me just reiterate the details of the activity.

Conversions of HIVE and PHP to HBD at the following conversion rates (HIVE/USD = 0.2925, PHP/USD = 56.67, and HBD/USD = 0.9986) led to the HBD value of 1,031.921 above. At the same conversion rate, the total amount in PHP is 56,590.66.
Expenses
Total accumulated amount minus total expenses means that there's an excess fund of PHP 2,440.66. There should be none left because I was scammed by an ex-employee of Cebu Safari in hopes of availing a discount. I initially sent PHP 2,500.00 via GCash, as stated in the last update, but it turned out that what they were doing was not sanctioned by the management. He said he'll return the money, but nothing yet. I'm not hoping for it to be returned, and I don't want to bother anymore. The excess amount will be used in future activities.
The initial budget was intended for 25 people, but the teachers requested to have their children be included. I can't say no, so I was just hoping for a discount. Good thing we were able to save from the food.
Shout out to @itskareninamoi, @intoy.bugoy, and @indayclara for joining me on that special day! You guys are really awesome! Thank you @indayclara, for the whole documentation!
Photos
This will not be the last post about the activity. We have a lot of photos from that day, and it would be a waste not to share them with you. Just wait for the uploads from those three who were with me. Anyway, here are the highlights from that field trip.
I guess that's all for this report. We will still upload more photos and videos. There were a lot of stories to tell, especially from the experience of the kids. For now, this transparency report serves as my initial expression of gratitude to those who donated and upvoted my posts. You are all awesome, and I'll forever be grateful to you for helping me achieve another dream. See you in the next posts!
