Gran reto expresar la relación entre #Hive y #bienestar.
La palabra bienestar nos trae muchas cosas buenas en relación a nuestra salud física, mental y espiritual...
¿y qué hace #Hive?
Para este reto invito cordialmente a @brujita18 y @annafenix; las normas para participar
Entrar a la plataforma #Hive en mi caso fue un hacer algo o sentir que estaba haciendo algo. Esto ocurrió en tiempos de pandemia en otras tierras, saliendo de una vacaciones y pum llegó la noticia que no nos podíamos movilizarnos dentro un territorio nacional menos cruzar fronteras. Leí un comentario por #twiter, me comuniqué al privado con la persona y de verdad fue un gran apoyo que me brindó.
Digo que fue por hacer algo o sentir que hacía algo porque ni siquiera podíamos decir que trabajaríamos, porque no se podía. Al principio mi motivación era solo escribir porque eso me liberaba del encierro, me entretenía redactando, buscando imágenes que se relacionaran con el tema, después las comencé a elaborar yo misma. Hablar de criptomonedas totalmente nuevo para mi y ganarlas escribiendo, bueno es otro tema.
Ampliar el conocimiento en el mundo de la tecnología sobretodo para los inmigrantes digitales como es mi caso que ya manejaba ciertas cosas y programas pero aquí fue un desaprender para volver a aprender. Incluyendo la forma de relacionarse, que vocabulario utilizar , otras. Al principio me sentía estresada ante tanta información, hasta que me dije para, para, una cosa primero, otra después...lo que no entiendes tiene respuestas y las puedes encontrar...así es...paso a paso si no entiendo algo ya sé a quien preguntar.
Estar en #hive puedo decir que mi mente está activa, siempre hay una idea para desarrollar, leer post de otros usuarios ha sido excelente, entender que todos estamos aprendiendo todos los días no solo de criptomonedas también explorar otros campos, no solo temas didácticos sino también como relatos(temas que no me animaba) ahora me agradan. Esto es tener bienestar porque no hay camisa de fuerza...al decir bienestar ya relaciono la palabra hive...se siente bien, se siente activo, se siente aprendizajes, se siente hacer comunidad...descubrir que cantidad de los que participamos en ella somos docentes jubilados con ese ánimo de seguir dando nuestros conocimientos, compartiendo y uniéndolo con esos pensamientos de nuevas generaciones que tienen otras formas de mirar y entender sus procesos. Además, también docentes activos que comparten sus experiencias didácticas.
Desde que inicié y vi lo que se podía hacer aquí, he animado a otros que entren en ella, pero no se animan ¿por qué? no sé... como digo no les ha llegado el momento o no han entendido que aquí pueden seguir aprendiendo. Conozco chicos que les encantan los juegos y les comento todo lo que pueden hacer por aquí. Igual músicos geniales. Los encuentros que se han dado en Barcelona -Anzoátegui les he mandado las invitaciones...luego digo: no saben lo que se pierden.
No participaré en el encuentro holos...pero si he compartido información sobre el evento...me parece genial todos los encuentros que se han dado en diferentes ciudades del país.
Bienestar+hive...para mi significa seguridad, esa seguridad por supuesto nos lleva a tranquilidad, alegría, emoción, compartir, aprendizaje y otras cosas más de acuerdo a la pirámide de necesidades propuesta por Maslow.

Entering the #Hive platform in my case was a doing something or feeling like I was doing something. This happened in times of pandemic in other lands, coming out of a vacation and bam came the news that we could not move within a national territory, let alone cross borders. I read a comment on #twiter, I communicated privately with the person and it was really a great support that he gave me.
I say it was for doing something or feeling that I was doing something because we could not even say that we would work, because we could not. At the beginning my motivation was just to write because that freed me from the confinement, I entertained myself writing, looking for images that related to the topic, then I started to elaborate them myself. Talking about cryptocurrencies totally new to me and earning them by writing, well, that's another topic.
Expanding knowledge in the world of technology especially for digital immigrants as in my case that already handled certain things and programs but here was an unlearning to relearn. Including how to relate, what vocabulary to use, others. At first I felt stressed by so much information, until I told myself stop, for one thing first another later...what you don't understand has answers and you can find them...that's right...step by step if I don't understand something I already know who to ask.
Being in #hive I can say that my mind is active, there is always an idea to develop, reading post from other users has been excellent, understand that we are all learning every day not only cryptocurrencies also explore other fields, not only didactic topics but also as stories(topics that did not encourage me) now I like. This is having well-being because there is no straitjacket...when I say well-being I already relate the word hive...it feels good, it feels active, it feels like learning, it feels like making community...discovering that many of us who participate in it are retired teachers with the spirit to continue giving our knowledge, sharing and joining it with those thoughts of new generations that have other ways of looking and understanding their processes. In addition, we are also active teachers who share their didactic experiences.
Since I started and saw what could be done here, I have encouraged others to join it, but they don't dare, why? I don't know... as I said, they haven't had the time or they haven't understood that they can continue learning here. I know guys who love games and I tell them everything they can do here. The same great musicians. The meetings that have taken place in Barcelona -Anzoátegui I have sent them invitations...then I say: they don't know what they are missing.
I will not participate in the holos meeting...but I have shared information about the event...I think it's great all the meetings that have taken place in different cities of the country.
Wellbeing+hive...for me it means security, that security of course leads us to tranquility, joy, excitement, sharing, learning and other things according to the pyramid of needs proposed by Maslow.
