- What is Hive?
Hive is a project based on blockchain technology, where content creators and long-term investors find a common place to create communities and share ideas freely. - How did I find out about Hive?

Esta historia es curiosa, en mayo del 2020 apliqué a la plataforma de steem por un video que vi en youtube, que decía que te pagaban en criptomonedas por publicar allí.
Pero ese mismo día envié la solicitud para unirme a hive, y gracias al cielo, hive respondió primero.
Es bastante increíble como funciona el universo, que a veces te da lo que necesitas y tú no lo sabes.

- ¿Cuáles eran mis dudas al ingresar a Hive?
¡Los pagos! jajaja, tenía mucha curiosidad de como era que funcionaba, y mi expectativa era alta, porque veía varias publicaciones con algunos dígitos en ellas. Abajo comparto la imagen de mis tres primeros posts.
La comunidad requiere de personas que publiquen y compartan su contenido pero también los inversionistas son una cadena fundamental en todo el proceso.
- What has been my experience so far?
In a summarized sentence I think that:
Hive is my dream job, because I can share my music, my opinion, ideas, make friends all over the world and receive financial compensation for it.
At the beginning it is not easy, because we all start with equal conditions. a score of 25 in reputation and zero influence in the form of voting power.
That is why it is necessary to have a mentor, in my case they were @ylich and @steevc, their advice was fundamental, therefore, a new person needs to find someone to guide them and the process is a little more bearable, because hive pays It pays well, but you have to work hard.
But in conclusion, if you still hesitate to enter or continue in hive, take it as a long-term project, because it has only been a year and this is just beginning.
- ¿Cuál ha sido mi experiencia hasta el momento?
En una frase resumida pienso que:
Hive es mi trabajo soñado, porque puedo compartir mi música, mi opinión, ideas, hacer amigos por todo el mundo y recibir remuneración económica por ello.
Al inicio no es nada fácil, porque todos comenzamos con igualdad de condiciones. un puntaje de 25 en reputación y cero influencia en forma de poder de votación.
Por esto es necesario tener un mentor, en mi caso fueron @ylich y @steevc, sus consejos fueron fundamentales, por lo tanto, una persona nueva requiere buscar a alguien para que lo guie y el proceso sea un poco mas llevadero, porque hive paga, paga bien, pero hay que trabajar fuertemente.
Pero en conclusión, si aun dudas en ingresar o seguir en hive, tómalo como un proyecto a largo plazo, porque apenas lleva un año y esto, apenas está comenzando.
