Cada 20 de octubre, cumple años el municipio de Ezeiza y esta vez, en su cumpleaños #29, debía estar presente y con la familia. Estos eventos son organizados y auspiciados, por el municipio de Ezeiza y más aún, en un año electoral, tiramos la casa por la ventana. Igualmente, más allá de todo, como familia, nos gusta fomentar el deporte en nuestros hijos, que por cierto, es difícil anclar esos hábitos en ellos, pero en líneas generales, creo que vamos muy bien.

Mi estilo de competencia, tanto en el running, como en el ciclismo, es ir de menor a mayor. Sería un estilo conservador, es decir, voy captando mis sensaciones (porque todas las carreras son diferentes, existen muchas variables, como cansancio, dormir mal, clima, etc.) y a partir de ahí, voy aumentando el ritmo.

De igual manera, uno debe conocerse y correr a consciencia. En este caso, en los primeros kilómetros, me sentí muy bien y di más de lo que debía y al kilómetro 5, lo empecé a pagar. Como siempre recomiendan, baje el ritmo, pero nunca me detuve.

Muchos sorteos se realizaron (bicicletas, lavarropas, televisores, hornos eléctricos y demás). Nosotros, por suerte o desgracia, no hemos ganado ningún premio. Pero sí la satisfacción de participar del evento deportivo en familia.
Don Juan y Genaro, felices por sus medallas y con Zuni, ya preparándonos, para el siguiente año, que según dicen, agregarán la opción de 21 km (media maratón).
