En el día 79, toco llevar a Don Juan al colegio y en bicicleta, motivo excelente para pasarme al Adez, y realizar la rutina, en otro escenario; Disfrutando, también, un poco del contacto con la naturaleza y sobre todo, con el sol.

En el reto, vengo realmente muy bien, o eso es lo que creo, porque en ocasiones tengo dolores de espalda y debo, descansar un día, para volver con todos los hierros. En estos días, comenzaré a tomar un multivitamínico, que son de esos de venta libre, para complementar mi nutrición y sobre todo, las articulaciones que, por ahora, viene todo muy bien.

In the challenge, I'm doing really well, or so I think, because sometimes I have back pain and I have to rest a day to come back with all the irons. In these days, I will start taking a multivitamin, one of those over-the-counter, to supplement my nutrition and especially the joints that, for now, everything is going very well.
Frase recurrente "la práctica, hace al amo" y en este caso, aplica perfectamente. Ya que los límites mentales, con respecto al tope, que normalmente nos ponemos, se acrecientan. Es decir, antes, cuando pensaba en que debía realizar 100 burpees, realmente lo veía muy lejos y créanme, que hoy en día, ya no es así.
Espero seguir, por la misma zenda y también, complementar con los entrenos, para la maratón de Buenos Aires. ¿Lo lograré?
