Disfruto mucho de realizar actividad física, pero muchas veces los compromisos, me alejan del ciclismo y del running, dos pasiones qué amo realizar. Los Burpees, me tienen muy comprometidos y estoy a más de la mitad del reto y por supuesto, hasta el final no paro. Pero de vez en cuando salgo a disfrutar de trotar un rato. ¡Recomendable!

El circuito donde voy, que por cierto está a tan solo 3 km de casa y muy cerca del colegio de Don Juan, tiene aproximadamente 1.3 km cada vuelta, con subidas y bajadas, que me encanta para trabajar otros tipos de grupos musculares. El plan 5 vueltas, con un total de 6 km aproximadamente y como lo dije en el video, mi celular no tenía batería. ERROR imperdonable, para un creador de contenidos.
