Primer set de ejercicios realice vuelos abiertos y cerrado perfecto para trabajar la espalda, lo combine con curl bíceps para fortalecer esa zona de los brazos, lo realice en 4 series de 15
repeticiones.
First set of exercises perform open and closed flights perfect for working the back, combine it with biceps curl to strengthen that area of the arms, perform it in 4 series of 15 repetitions.
Segundo set de ejercicio realice un movimiento perfecto para trabajar la parte expectorar combinado con copa en 3 toques, lo realice en 4 series de 15 repetición.
