Happy Thursday dear community of full sports; in this new day I have the pleasure to share an incredible routine to reduce the waist, is very dynamic each movement and demanding to work all that middle area; more combined with a cardio to make the routine more interesting consists of 30 seconds in each movement of the routine, start with a warm up to work the whole body and this conditioned for the routine, without saying accompany me.
Calentamiento/Heating
Rotación de brazos hacia atrás.
Rotation of arms backwards.
Rotación de tronco.
Trunk rotation.
Rotación de caderas.
Hip rotation.
Cardio para reducir la cintura./💪🔥Cardio to reduce waistline.
Contracción de abdomen./Abdominal contraction.
I began my routine by compressing my abdomen from the inside out, maintaining a balanced movement, for 30 seconds for 4 sets.
Balanceo lateral./Lateral balancing.
This movement consists of balancing by making a small rotation of the waist and at the same time raising the arms, for 30 seconds for 4 series.
Rotación de tronco con elevación de pierna./Trunk rotation with leg raise.
In the next movement perform trunk rotation looking to have more mobility in my hips always keeping the abdomen compressed, then raise one leg to rotate from one side to the other, repeat the process on the other leg for 30 seconds in 4 sets.
Desplazamiento en sumo elevando los brazos./Sumo movement with arms raised.
Next sumo movement with arm stretching, in this movement perform a sumo movement and at the same time raise my arms in a latera way forming a small curve in order to work all the waist and burn fat, perform this movement for 30 seconds for 4 series.
Rotación de cinturas con cruces de pies./Waist rotation with foot crossings.
In the last movement perform foot crosses forward keeping a movement in my waist in a balanced way keeping the abdomen compressed, repeat the process on the other leg for 30 seconds for 4 sets.
Dear community of full sports with much affection I share this great routine to reduce the waist, as you could appreciate each movement is going to focused for that area of the waist, abdomen, obliques each movement is performed dynamically as it is a cardio I wanted to perform with some dance moves in this routine can put music to have more comfort when exercising, well my friend I hope you liked it a lot without saying more see you another time.
