La comunidad entró por primera vez, esta semana, al Top 10 de las comunidades de HIVE que tienen mayor cantidad de recompensas esperando ser liquidadas por sus autores, reivindicando el lugar que la cofradía se ha ganado.

No ha habido cambios desde la semana pasada en la lista de miembros. Y hemos tenido que delegar a su vez en una de las cuentas curadoras 300 HP, porque se quedaba muy rápido sin Voting Power (VP) para repartir recompensas. También hemos tenido que bajar al 50% el peso del voto. Saquen ustedes la cuenta: más usuarios posteando y menos VP disponible. Esa es la realidad.

Ésta semana vimos muy activos a nuestros mecenas, de otro modo no habría sido posible alcanzar los números de los que hemos hablado. Pero la verdad, como todo usuario debe tener claro, es que éstos patrocinios dependen de la buena voluntad de los curadores. Lo que nos lleva a la pregunta ¿Qué sucedería si..? ¿Lo comprenden? Es decir, somos la comunidad hispanohablante mejor recompensada, pero los vientos pueden cambiar. Esto tenemos que tenerlo claro. Después de todo, los mecenas no están en la obligación de votar nuestros contenidos.
This week we saw our patrons very active, otherwise, it would not have been possible to reach the numbers we have talked about. But the truth, as every user should be clear, is that these sponsorships depend on the goodwill of the curators. Which brings us to the question: What would happen if...? Do you understand? I mean, we are the best rewarded Spanish-speaking community, but the winds can change. We need to be clear about this. After all, patrons are under no obligation to vote for our content.
Sólo estando conscientes de ello, podemos combatir a quienes desean venir a ganar el dinero fácil. Cada uno de los autores aprobados en el feed, sabe cuanto ha trabajado para estar en el lugar donde se encuentra. Y eso tenemos que traducirlo en la defensa de nuestro espacio de trabajo. Hemos leído, afortunadamente, algunos miembros de la comunidad orientando a otros. Esa sinergia es difícil de conseguir y estamos muy orgullosos que existan autores comprometidos con la excelencia.
Only by being aware of this, we can fight against those who want to come and make easy money. Each one of the approved authors in the feed knows how hard they have worked to be where they are. And we have to translate that into defending our workspace. We have read, fortunately, some members of the community guiding others. That synergy is hard to achieve and we are very proud that there are authors committed to excellence.

¿Hacia donde vamos? Es una respuesta que desconocemos. Lo que sí podemos decir es que hemos ido dando pasos y trabajando en la dirección correcta, para consolidar los logros obtenidos por todos. Es un camino empinado y muy largo. Solo para valientes. El año que viene se nos antoja excelente, podríamos dar buenas noticias de lo que venimos cocinando tras bastidores, pero la paciencia para anunciar cualquier cosa, tiene que ser parte de la discreción de una comunidad seria. Sigamos construyendo nuestro futuro.
Where are we going? That is an answer we do not know. What we can say is that we have been taking steps and working in the right direction, to consolidate the achievements obtained by all. It is a steep and very long road. Only for the brave. The coming year looks excellent, we could give the good news of what we have been cooking behind the scenes, but the patience to announce anything, has to be part of the discretion of a serious community.
