Hola a todos amigos de @fulldeportes. Es un gusto saludarlos y compartir con ustedes otro día en el deporte. Hoy les muestro una caminata muy animada en una hermosa tarde. Gracias a que al buen tiempo he podido realizar y disfrutar de mi rutina deportiva y de ejercicios sin ningún tipo de inconvenientes.
Este martes fué un dia especial entre otras cosas eventos significativos en mi vida como : el primer dia de mi nieto en el maternal, el inicio de los trabajos de reparación en casa de mamá y también el cumpleaños de mi hermano mayor Rafael Luis. Asímismo al final del dia cerré mi jornada con broche de oro, ejercitándome en la Av. Perimetral. La verdad que todo fluyó para que pudiera realizar mis ejercicios y actividades.
Hello to all friends of @fulldeportes. It's a pleasure to greet you and share with you another day in sports. Today I show you a very lively walk on a beautiful afternoon. Thanks to the nice weather I have been able to do and enjoy my sport and exercise routine without any inconveniences.
This Tuesday was a special day among other significant events in my life such as: my grandson's first day at the nursery, the beginning of the repair work at my mother's house and also the birthday of my older brother Rafael Luis. At the end of the day I closed my day with a flourish, exercising on the Perimetral Avenue. The truth is that everything flowed so that I could do my exercises and activities.

Comencé mi recorrido con Julito a las 5:30 de la tarde. Hora que hemos llegado a la conclusión que es la hora más adecuada para nosotros hacer el recorrido por la avenida Perimetral. En este día con alegría agradeciendo a la vida por permitir vivir esta maravillosa experiencia. Cada día es diferente, aunque es el mismo recorrido los colores y matices del paisaje hacen placentero, divertido y relajado esta fantástica caminata.
Este martes pude notar la cantidad de personas que acuden a ejercitarse, esto me parece emocionante. Les cuento que en el camino de vuelta se puede observar que está oscureciendo ahora más temprano. Además se puede sentir un poco el frescor. Al final del recorrido realicé mis estiramientos, mas contenta que nunca ya que adicionalmente a lo que les comenté al principio, también por primera vez Julito se animó a realizar estiramientos conmigo. Amigos todo un logro y éxito. Aunque estaba emocionada traté de no demostrar para que fuera algo natural. Jajaja muchas emociones juntas.
I started my tour with Julito at 5:30 in the afternoon. Time that we have come to the conclusion that it is the most appropriate time for us to do the tour along the Perimetral Avenue. On this day with joy thanking life for allowing us to live this wonderful experience. Every day is different, although it is the same route, the colours and shades of the landscape are different and that makes this fantastic walk fun and relaxed.
This Tuesday I noticed the number of people who come to exercise, I find this exciting. On the way back you can see that it is getting dark earlier. You can also feel the coolness a bit. At the end of the walk I did my stretching, happier than ever, because in addition to what I told you at the beginning, Julito also did stretching with me for the first time. Friends, what an achievement and a success. Although I was excited I tried not to show it so that it would be something natural. Hahaha so many emotions together.

Estaba entusiasmada y no queria irme de este grandioso lugar que me da vida. Es asi que le dije a julito que queria quedarme mas tiempo y seguir ejercitando piernas. Les comparto dos series que realicé ese día. Después nos sentamos a contemplar y disfrutar esta grandiosa y hermosa tarde noche. Tomé fantásticas fotos que espero que les guste y las que divierten aún más mi actividad deportiva. Anímense amigos a caminar y a darle vida a su cuerpo. Un abrazo para todos.
I was excited and didn't want to leave this great place that gives me life. So I told Julito that I wanted to stay longer and keep exercising my legs. I share with you two sets I did that day. Afterwards we sat down to contemplate and enjoy this great and beautiful evening. I took some fantastic photos that I hope you like and that make my sporting activity even more fun.
