Umarım iyisinizdir ya da iyi olmaya çalışıyorsunuzdur. Ben her geçen gün biraz daha iyiye gittiğimi hissediyorum. Umarım bu şekilde devam edebilirim.
Geçtiğimiz gün bütün aile bireyleri evdeyken oyun oynadık. Tabii işin içerisine anne ve baba girince bu oyunlar bedavaya olmuyor. İlk önce 4 kişi pişti oynadık. Tabii ki de babamla birlikte takım olduğum için yendik. Yalan yok babam kağıtları nasıl karıştıracağını ve dağıtacağını iyi biliyor fakat babamın dağıtmadığı ve kardeşimin dağıttığı zamanlarda bile iletişimimiz bu konularda iyi olduğu için babamla biz kazandık.
Sanırım dördümüzün oynadığı oyun 5-2 bitti. Emin değilim fakat oldukça hareketli ve rekabet dolu geçti. Piştiler havada uçuştu derken annem bir anda lafa atladı.
Eğer ben yenersem sen yemeği dışarıdan söyleyeceğiz, sen yenersen de senin en sevdiğin yemeği yapacağım.

Oyuna başladılar. Sırf araya hile karışmasın diye karıştıran kardeşim oldu. Dağıtan kişi ise normal sırasındaydı.
Dedim ya ikisi de kötü oyuncular değiller diye, 5'te biter dedikleri şey oldu 8. Uzadıkça uzadı. O sırada biz de kardeşimle onları biraz daha sinir edip ortalığı kızıştırmaya çalışıyorduk. Oldukça eğlenceliydi tabii.
Günün sonunda babam anneme bilerek kaybetti. Bunu görebilmek o kadar da zor değildi gerçekten. Bilerek pişti verişi, kendi çok zorunda kalmadıkça eli almayaşı. O kadar tatlıydı ki anlatamam. Kazanan olarak annem, canının bir süredir çektiği lahmacunu söyledi.
Babamla birlikte biraz düşünürken aklımda dışarıdan lahmacunu sipariş etmektense yaptırmak geldi. Hani şu iç harcını sizin hazırladığınız ve diğer her şeyi o işletmenin sahibinin yaptığı olandan. Bu önerimden sonra herkes hemfikir oldu çünkü 4 kişi dışarıdan, abartarak söylüyorum, 10 lahmacun söylesek 1000 TL gibi bir fiyat karşımıza çıkacaktı. Hem de içeceksiz.
Bu yüzden sonraki dakika kendimi kasaba kıyma almaya giderken buldum...
Yarım kilo yaklaşık 250 TL tuttu. Bence gayet iyi. Hem de oldukça güvenilir bir yerden. Biber, domates ve salça gibi malzemeler evde olduğu için çok fazla alışveriş yapmama gerek kalmadan eve geri döndüm.
İç harcı için gerekli malzemeleri mutfak robotundan geçirdikten sonra salça ve kıymayı da ekleyip, yine ben(...), pideciye gittim. Amaç anneme bir şey yaptırmamakken her bir şeyi mecbur ben yaptım. Neyse.
Pideci yarım saate her şeyi hazırladı. Tam 15 adet lahmacun çikti. Bu da 150 TL yaptı. Yani toplamda 400 TL'ye her şeyi hallettik. Arada böyle şeyler yapmak gerekiyormuş gerçekten. Her ne kadar diyetimin dışına çıksam da bence değerdi.
Belki bir dahaki sefere aslında çok kolay olan iç harcını paylaşırım. Biz Antep usulü yapıyoruz oldukça lezzetli. Kıvamı ve dengesi tam bizim damak tadımıza göre.
Gün sonunda herkes mutluydu anlayacağınız. Ailecek vakit geçirip karnımızı doyurduğumuzdan olsa gerek ertesi sabah herkes daha bir mutluydu.
Sanırım bugünlük de benden bu kadar. Ailecek güzel vakit geçirdiğimizden bahsetmek istemiştim. Umarım siz de böyle fırsatları bulabiliyorsunuzdur. Aile her ne kadar aile olsa da bazen onlarla anlaşmak veya dertleşmek zor olduğundan bu gibi zamanları bulmak zorlaşabiliyor.

The other day, we played games when all family members were at home. Of course, when mom and dad are involved, these games are not free. First, we played pişti (a card game) with 4 people. Of course, we won because I was on a team with my father. No lie, my father knows how to shuffle and deal the cards well, but even when my father did not deal and my brother dealt, my father and I won because our communication was good in these matters.
I think the game ended 5-2 between the four of us. I'm not sure, but it was quite lively and competitive. There was a lot of points going on, and then my mom suddenly jumped in.
If I win, we'll order out, and if you win, I'll cook your favourite dish.

At the end of the day, Dad lost to Mom on purpose. It wasn't that hard to see, really. The way he deliberately gave her the hand, the way he wouldn't take it unless he had to. It was so sweet I just simply can't describe it. As the winner, my mom said the lahmacun she had been craving for a while.
When I was thinking about it together with my father, I thought of making lahmacun instead of ordering it from outside. You know, the one where you prepare the filling and everything else is made by the owner of that business. After this suggestion, everyone agreed because if we ordered 10 lahmacuns for 4 people, exaggerating, the price would be 1000 TL (30,42 USD). And without a drink.
So the next minute I found myself going to the local butcher to buy minced meat.
Half a kilo cost about 250 TL (7,60 USD). I think it's pretty good. And from a very reliable place. Since I had the ingredients such as pepper, tomato and tomato paste at home, I didn't need to do much shopping and went back home.
After passing the ingredients for the filling through the food processor, I added tomato paste and minced meat and went to the pide shop. While the aim was not to make my mum do anything, I had to do everything. Anyway.
The pide shop had everything ready in half an hour. There were exactly 15 lahmacuns. That's 150 TL (4,56 USD). So we did everything for 400 TL (12,17 USD) in total. It is really necessary to do things like this from time to time. Although I went out of my diet, I think it was worth it.
Maybe next time I will share the filling which is actually very easy. We make it Antep style and it is quite delicious. The consistency and balance is just according to our taste.
At the end of the day, everyone was happy. It must be because we spent time as a family and filled our bellies, everyone was happier the next morning.
