The Usual Street Food Business in the Province

Everyone has their own strategies on how to earn some money for their personal funds or daily needs. Most people rely on their employment to an 8-hour job position, but there are also people who wanted to try their luck in starting up a business. And here in the province where we live, people tend to invest on a simple yet profit-gaining business, like a normal streetfood stop just beside the street. And that is what we are about to highlight for today's blog.

If you are living in the province, life is very simple and people seem to know everyone in the community. And the simplicity goes beyond even in the kind of business that people put up in here. We saw a relative who is busy selling some street foods, and we stopped by to check it out.

It was just a small and simple stall where people can buy the usual Filipino streetfoods, like Lumpia, Fishball, Kikiam, and more.

They are still setting up the stall, and it looked like a very busy day for them. We helped a bit in fixing and organizing everything, and we asked for permission of writing a blog about it.

There was a small wooden table where the cooking of the street foods happen. It is just a simple set-up but everything looked really fine and also, the business is doing well since the location is just beside an elementary school.

Even though we already mentioned the kinds of street foods being sold here, we also wanted to give everyone a quick glance at what our neighbors can buy right here.

They can decide which one and how much to buy before the owner starts cooking them. Once that the customer already finalized the order, the owner will heat up the pan and start cooking the foods. It will only take about a few minutes before everything will be ready for serving, and then there goes the sauce.

There are sweet and spicy sauces, and a seasoned vinegar to add up some taste. While taking some pictures, there was a customer who bought here and we watched the owner prepare, from cooking to adding some sauce. Honestly speaking, this is a normal scene in our province, especially in communities who are away from the town proper.
