Hola amigos, deseo que estén muy bien. Hoy quiero compartirles mi experiencia en un restaurante de comida criolla muy conocido en mi ciudad, al que no iba desde hace un buen tiempo.
A este restaurante asistí para hacer un video del plato típico de la ciudad, pero a su vez aprovechamos para almorzar unas ricas cachapas con queso, cochino frito, jugo de papelón con limón y un consomé que estaba muy bueno.
El ambiente era agrabable, con un estacionamiento visible y con una música llanera que disfruté por un buen rato. En este lugar se presentan cantantes de música llanera y presentan unos show muy buenos.

Les estoy hablando de hace unos 17 años, en mi etapa de universitaria. Estaba recién comenzando la universidad y volvía a mi ciudad de origen. Comencé a hacer amistades y esa noche, porque estudiaba en el turno de noche, una compañera me dijo para ir a ese restaurante y tomarnos unas cervezas y compartir un rato.

Hasta ahí ibamos bien. Bailé todas las músicas que pude hasta que se les ocurrió cambiar la música y pusieron una salsa. Mi amigo me dice que le siga el ritmo, pero no fue algo que se me dio muy bien y el animador lo notó rápidamente.
Y es cuando al animador de forma jocosa, quien tenía rato echándome flores por micrófono, se le ocurre decir "Y saludamos a la catira que baila salsa como merengue". En ese momento mi mente dijo "Tragame tierra".

Mis amigos y el público presente nos reimos un buen rato, y es una anécdota que siempre recuerdo de ese restaurante cada vez que paso por ahí, pero tenía un tiempo que no había vuelto, esta vez en algo más familiar, pues desde ese día mi vida ha cambiado y mucho.
Me gustó la decoración del lugar, con utencilios de madera, plantas de adorno y el cochino frito estaba delicioso, por lo que dentro de poco volveré con el resto de mi familia, a disfrutar de las presentaciones de cantantes de música llanera, que me encantan.
Con este nombre o el anterior, siempre es un lugar agradable, para compartir en familia, en pareja o con amigos, para comer sabroso, bailar y disfrutar de unas frias espumosas. Es todo por el momento, gracias por leerme y será hasta la próxima.
My friends and the public present laughed a good time, and it is an anecdote that I always remember from that restaurant every time I go there, but it had been a while since I had been back, this time in something more familiar, because since that day my life has changed a lot.
